The headdress is made with skully lace over neon orange fabric with fiery orange feathers a-blazin. It attaches easily to your mini halter with 2 alligator clips. The ruffle skirt cape is fashioned from the same bone and skull inspired lace over orange fabric with a black and orange trimmed skirt to cover your mini's rump, and fastens with two wide orange satin ribbons. A matching tail fascinator completes the look.
