We blinged-out a cowboy hat with band and beautiful blooms. The shawl is made from a pink plaid patterned calico and edged with hot pink trim and white fringe. The tail piece features a matching calico and finished with colorful and complementary ribbons.
The hat and tail piece attach easily with alligator clips.
All our costumes are handmade with heart in the 'holler.
