Sea Turtle - Costume for Mini Horse with Turtle head, Shell, and Flippers

We dove under the sea for inspiration when crafting our latest aquatic creation - the sea turtle!

The hat / turtle head is fashioned from wonderflex and painted in sandy tones with sparkling green and gold shell platelets. The turtle shell is made from foam and covered with a dazzling sequin fabric that abstractly mimics turtle shell patterning.
